Important Exhibitor Dates

• December 5, 2018 – Exhibitor contract and logo due to be included in the Preliminary Program
• February 27, 2019 – Early bird pricing deadline, payment must be received in full to receive discount
• April 19, 2019 – All payments must be received by this date to guarantee booth space, plus company description (25 words), website, and logo must be received to be included in the Final Program and conference app.
• May 17, 2019 – Exhibitor Registration Forms due
• June 9, 2019 – ICTD 2019 begins
